Jim Ross is a Canadian political consultant, he works with the best firms to provide services to campaigns, elected officials, and public affairs companies in nine provinces and at all levels of government. He specializes in two aspects of campaigning: voter contact, and field operations.

Jim can provide the full range of phone based voter contact services including live calls, automated calls, acquisition of phone directory data, polling and research, and telephone town halls.

Jim’s second specialty is field operations. He has had senior field operations roles in leadership campaigns at the national and provincial level, and in provincial general elections. Jim can build and lead teams that guarantee high quality field operations that is centered on identifying votes and increasing voter turnout amongst supporters.
Jim also works with other firms and with their participation can deliver high quality services related to mail, social media, fundraising, and websites.
Kaitlin Gibson
Consultant
Kaitlin has over a decade of professional experience working in the Canadian political arena. Her work includes fundraising, communication, and journalism roles where she developed a vast network of contacts in provincial and federal realms. Her roles have included Regional Advisor to the Office of the Leader of the Opposition in Ottawa where she was responsible for strategically assessing situations and developing creative solutions. An expert in relationship building, she takes her client-centered experience into every project focusing on the satisfaction of the individual. Kaitlin has a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Political Science from Brock University and received the Faculty of Social Science award for her work on Social Capital Theory.

Jim can help you use telephone town halls or other voter contact tools to communicate with and consult constituents, and different types of polling and research to measure public sentiment on important issues.

Jim Ross can work with political parties to build and manage target seat voter contact, target seat polling, or a full field operations program. Jim has worked with ElectRight to provide a comprehensive target seat voter contact program to political parties in several provinces, as well as helped build and manage a full field operations program in two successful provincial elections. Jim can also provide consulting services to political parties to help them reorganize their structure, manage their operations, or manage campaign training.

Jim is one of the foremost experts on leadership campaign field operations and voter contact in Canada. Jim has had senior roles on leadership campaigns at the federal level and in multiple provinces, including serving as National Chair of Field Operations for the 2020 Erin O’Toole federal leadership campaign. Jim has also provided voter contact services to over a dozen leadership campaigns in eight provinces and at the federal level.
