Kaitlin Gibson
Operations Manager
Kaitlin Gibson has worked in political voter contact for over 3 years, during which time she has worked on over a dozen municipal, provincial, and federal elections in addition to several leadership campaigns. She advises and is the point of contact for candidates and campaigns to ensure voice broadcasts and communication pieces are Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications (CRTC) compliant. In addition, her role often includes the oversight and execution of the ‘get out the vote’ (GOTV) aspect of provincial target seat phoning programs. She is also responsible for the supervision and training of part time employees, and ensuring their professionalism and high standards such as during their role as screeners in all telephone town-halls.
Kaitlin earned an Honors BA and Master’s Degree in Political Science from Brock University specializing in Canadian politics. She received the Faculty of Social Science award for her post-graduate work on social capital theory and voting. Over the past two decades, she has taken on various roles in local campaigns working on countless elections. Kaitlin has spent over a decade on local federal and provincial Conservative boards putting her fundraising and event planning background to work in fundraising, event planning, and outreach roles.

Tracy Foster
Operations Manager
Tracy Foster is a seasoned project manager with years of experience in both the private
and public sectors. Throughout her career she has worked for and managed
projects for large national, and multinational corporations such as TransCanada
Corporation, Bayer, RBC, Global Television, Ferrero and Syngenta. Tracy has also
worked in constituency offices at the provincial and federal level.
She has years of experience in all facets of political campaigns at all levels of
government, including nominations. Her campaign roles have included data, voter
contact, managing offices, correspondence, events and organizing volunteers.
Known for being highly organized, anticipating and solving problems and responsive
customer service, Tracy thrives when working on high-performing teams and getting
results for clients.
Chris Mills
Junior Consultant
Chris Mills is a Filipino-Canadian political consultant who has worked on federal and provincial political campaigns across Ontario, including managing a provincial campaign in the 2022 Ontario election and serving as a Regional Organizer for one of the candidates in the 2022 Conservative Party of Canada Leadership Race. Most of his experience is in volunteer and events management, stakeholder relations and media advertising.
Chris is heavily involved in philanthropic ventures, raising funds and awareness for homelessness and housing insecurity, social justice issues and Filipino immigrants. Chris is President of Educaid Asia, an annual book drive that has collected and distributed more than $250,000 worth of school books to build university and high school libraries in the Philippines.
